Cancellation Policy

At  My Virtual Teams, we understand that plans may change.

1. Project Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services by written notice via email.

2. Cancellation Before Project Start

If the project has not started, cancellation requests may be accepted subject to administrative charges.

3. Cancellation After Project Start

Once the project has started, cancellation charges may apply depending on completed work.

4. Monthly Services

For SEO, digital marketing, maintenance, or monthly retainers:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  •  No partial refunds will be provided for ongoing monthly services.

5. Delayed Client Response

If the client fails to respond for more than 30 days, the project may be marked inactive or closed without refund.

6. Third-Party Costs

Domains, hosting, paid tools, or advertising costs are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
